Research consistently shows what parents of young children already know: they're all different, and they all reach milestones on their own terms. The question is, how do parents with a house full of very different personalities find the best roadmap to help each kid succeed in this world? This presentation helps parents and educators understand the role personality type plays in how children interact with the world around them, process stressful situations, and cope with obstacles. When parents truly learn to tune in to the individual child, they can better help their kids build resilience, find their passions, and enjoy more positive emotions along the road to development.
